Set Includes:
1. Paisajes La Pasada 2019 (Original Price: $488)
“La Pasada” means the landscape in your memory. In front of every beautiful landscape, we capture that moment with our eyes, and then it passes away. Whenever you recall that memory, it comes back to your eyes again, like you are actually seeing it.
Tasting Notes:
It’s spicy and smoky with aromas of cinnamon and vanilla and a core of nicely ripe berries. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and nice balance. It’s quite tasty, and it might need a little more time in bottle to finish integrating the oak.

2. Paisajes Cecias 2010 (Original Price: $570)
“Cecias” means the winds from the North-west. This label visualise the waves of wind and the sound of it. Like a wave upon the shore, it creates sounds for you to hear it.
Tasting Notes:
“Perhaps the warmer vintages benefit Garnacha as it is a grape that likes heat more than Tempranillo, especially in Rioja Baja where the Cecias vineyard is. This is evident in the 2011 Cecias, a bright ruby-coloured wine that is a little darker than your average Garnacha. It opens to a subtle and harmonious nose of red and black fruit accented by nicely integrated wood. The juicy palate is polished and soft, more Garnacha than in the nose, and has a slightly warm finish. Somehow I like this 2011 better than the 2012. 5,080 bottles and 100 magnums produced. ”

3. Paisajes Valsalado 2012 (Original Price: $480)
The Valsalado label represents a touch of the landscape. You don’t necessarily have to touch it by your hands, but with your body instead. When you lean on it, it gives you support, and feelings.
Tasting Notes:
“The current incarnation of the wine previously known as Paisajes V is the 2012 Vaisalado, a cuvee of Tempranillo, Garnacha, raciano and Mazuelo named after and from a 1.3-hectare gravel and clay plot in the village of Villamediana very close to Logrono. It has a very ripe, jammy nose with aromas of strawberry preserve and some spices. The palate follows the path indicated by the nose with jammy flavors, but a surprising acidity and austere, sharp mouthfeel, which is a bit contradictory. 5,400 bottles and 100 magnums. ”
