Manual Grape harvest. Selection of the grapes by hand (on a table). Controlled temperatures (cooling system). Wine making adapted to the rosé with a very fast pneumatic pressing. Maturation in stainless vats during 11 months.
Tasting Notes：
The rosé of Marsannay is fruity (peach and raspberry) but also fleshy with a good vinosity. The presence of a good acidity permit to the wine to keep its freshness and its fruity characters 2 or 3 years.

DOUDET NAUDIN Cremant de Bourgogne Rose Brut
Doudet Naudin, “Cremant de Bourgogne” Brut Rose- Elegant pink sparkling wine with a bright, refreshing fruit flavors typical of Pinot Noir. The wine has a unique aromatic bouquet with notes of strawberry, cherry pits and barberry.
Harvest to create pink “Crémant de Bourgogne” are done manually after full maturity. Grapes are gently squeezed by pneumatic press. Fermentation is done in the traditional way.
