这瓶2012年的,虽说只是瓶陈了十年,但是一开瓶,成熟的黑色水果香气,夹着少量紫罗兰的花香,香气非常愉悦。酒色呈深宝石红色。喝一口,满口都是成熟的醤果,黑醋栗,夹杂着少许矿物和泥土的气息,感觉这酒也差不多走到巅峰了。酒体还是比较丰满,而且结构比较平衡,虽然说不是很扎实,但是还可以。过了30分钟,有一丁点烘烤,奶油的感觉,可能是跟进橡木桶的时间不太长有关。感觉这酒不需要再醒了,即开即喝。虽然这瓶2012年的无法跟1990年的比较,但是从价钱来说已经很不错(1990年的900块,2012年的300块不到),所以这个酒庄依然在我心目中还是性价比挺高的
我个人从来不盲目追求名庄、列级酒庄,就像这个有个性的马利酒庄,不需要经过外人来评定,但他带给你的感受和性价比,远远超过一些名牌,这个也是懂酒人的必须有的态度!
老朋友聚會,主題是舊世界,打開酒櫃一看,發現原來自己收藏了幾瓶2012年的法國馬利酒莊,就拿去跟朋友分享一下。雖然說這個酒莊沒有參加過中級莊的評級,但是它的酒質毋容置疑。還記得96年剛剛學葡萄酒的時候,老師傅就介紹了一瓶90年的馬利給我跟女朋友慶祝生日。當天這酒的狀態超好,當酒一打開,全餐廳的客人都給我注目禮,因為酒太香了,已經散發到餐廳的每一角落,每一個客人都聞得到。

The color of the wine is deep ruby red. Take a sip, the mouth is full of ripe berries, black currant, mixed with a little mineral and earthy smell, I feel that this wine has almost reached its peak. The wine is still relatively full-bodied, and the structure is relatively balanced. Although it is not very solid, it is okay. After 30 minutes, there is a little toasty, creamy feeling, which may be related to the not too long time in the oak barrel. I feel that this wine does not need to be sobered up, and I drink it immediately. Although this bottle of 2012 cannot be compared with that of 1990, the price is already very good (900 yuan in 1990, less than 300 yuan in 2012), so this winery is still quite cost-effective in my mind of
Personally, I have never blindly pursued famous wineries and classified wineries. Just like this winery with personality, it does not need to be evaluated by outsiders, but the feelings and cost performance it brings to you far exceed those of some famous brands. This is also understandable. A must-have attitude for wine drinkers!
