No worries, presented in the livestream were:

  1. A stew of Italian “Moscardini” baby octopus, potatoes, tomato sauce, garlic bread.
  2. Fettuccine with Sicilian red prawns, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and Sardinian Bottarga (CIAK signature dish)
  3. Tagliatelle with Wagyu Beef Bolognese in traditional style
  4. Marinara Pizza with tomato sauce, anchovies, oregano, garlic oil
  5. Prime Sirloin Steak

When not filming or seeking new winemaking adventures, she loves to tickle her taste buds with good food and great wine. An active member of the Hong Kong Sommelier Association, Liu has completed WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Levels 1-3.
