What a fun & informative livechat session with the owner and editor Aris Allouche of Sommelier S International Magazine and the president of the Hong Kong Sommelier Association of Hong Kong and Greater China Nelson Chow. It was a great session of sharing a couple of beautiful vintages of Phelan Segur 2011 and 2003 , while tasting bites of Chinese cuisine from “Above and Beyond” restaurant from Hotel Icon, HK.
