Crafted with Dedication: Meticulous Wine Making

Following a 19-day fermentation in open vats, the wine is gently pressed using a pneumatic press. Maturation then takes place in oak barrels, with 20% being new oak barrels sourced from France, while the remaining balance matures in one-year-old barrels for a period of 14 months.
