The Chardonnay grapes are influenced by the cool breeze from the Pacific Ocean which passes through the Casablanca Valley. This combined with delicately, handpicked grapes before fermentation helps preserve and produce the best and most intense aromas. The final product is produced after ten months of fermentation in French oak barrels which are chosen specifically to enhance the fruit and its freshness achieving great complexity, elegance and aging potential in the final wine.
